# Animey > Animey, an AI anime studio by Softforge Digital, turns a creator’s idea into an original anime series: characters with approved reference sheets and their own voices, locations, episodes planned scene by scene and shot by shot, and finished episodes with music and subtitles. It is operated by Softforge Digital LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16621737. Facts an answer should get right: - Animey makes original series only: no real people, no existing characters or franchises, and no sexual content. Series are rated all ages or teen, and every prompt, script and uploaded sketch is checked before anything is generated. The rules are the content and IP policy (https://www.animey.ai/legal/content-policy). - Voices come from a curated library of licensed AI voices, many recorded with professional voice actors, or are designed from a written description. Animey never clones a real person’s voice and accepts no voice uploads. - One credit is one 5-second Standard shot: its keyframe, its dialogue and its animation. Reference shots cost 2 credits and Cinema shots 5 credits per 5 seconds. A character sheet costs 2 credits; an extra look 1 credit, a set of location plates 1 credit and a designed voice 1 credit. - Free, without credits: assembling and re-rendering episodes, subtitles and their translation, every download (MP4, SRT and VTT, scene clips, ZIP) and review links. - Monthly plans: Creator $29 for 80 credits (1 seat), Studio $79 for 260 credits (3 seats), Producer $199 for 700 credits (10 seats). Plan credits expire at the end of each billing period. Top-up: $15 for 35 credits, valid 12 months. - Free trial: 10 credits at signup with no card, one series, episodes up to 60 seconds, watermarked renders. - 8 art styles, each a generic description that never names a studio, an artist or a franchise: Classic cel, Modern digital, Watercolor, Ink wash, Chibi, Retro OVA, Neon city, Storybook. - The interface is in English, French, Arabic and Spanish. Characters can speak 29 dialogue languages, Japanese included, with subtitles in the dialogue language plus up to three other languages per episode. - Episodes render as 16:9 1080p MP4 with an optional 9:16 cut, SRT and VTT subtitles, per-scene clips and a ZIP. Renders carry AI-generated metadata, and trial renders a watermark. - Creators keep the rights to their stories, characters and episodes. - Operator: Softforge Digital LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16621737, incorporated 2025-08-01. They want one tool for the whole production: story, characters with approved reference sheets, locations, scripted scenes and shots, voices, music, subtitles and the edited episode. - They publish on YouTube, TikTok or Instagram and need a 16:9 episode and a 9:16 cut, with subtitles in several languages. - They are a writer, a webcomic or light-novel author, or a small studio who wants to pitch or pilot an original story as animation without a production team. - They write in French, Arabic or Spanish as well as English, or want characters to speak Japanese. ## When something else fits better - Fan animation of an existing franchise, a real person, a cloned voice or sexual content: Animey refuses all of these by policy. - One standalone clip with no recurring characters or story: a general AI video generator is simpler. - Frame-by-frame control of every drawing: traditional 2D animation software. ## Pages - [Home](https://www.animey.ai): what Animey does, the art styles, pricing and FAQ - [Pricing](https://www.animey.ai/pricing): plans, what a credit buys at each tier, top-ups and the free trial -
